Our saffron honey is made with pure origin Moroccan argan flower honey, into which Taliouine saffron stigmas are infused for 72 hours. The result: a honey with a golden amber color, slightly tinged with red, with a delicate and captivating aroma that blends the floral sweetness of honey with the spicy depth of saffron.
Suggestions: on a slice of artisanal bread, with sheep's cheese, in a mint tea, as an accompaniment to a cheese board, or by the spoonful for its invigorating properties.
